Our plans have been created by experienced home designers. All of our designs have been achieved by gathering specific information from our clients and expressing them in our C.A.D. files. General structure information is shown, but can be adapted by your builder for construction means and methods in your area.
Questions regarding construction methods for plans purchased from Youngs Consulting Services, Inc. will be at an hourly rate with a minumum charge.

All of our home plans have been designed for construction in the Midwest: elimination of stairway and creation of mechanical rooms may be necessary. In full exposure conditions, development of finished basement space will be necessary.
We can modify any of our plans to suit your specific needs. Let us know your proposed changes, and we will give you a "not to exceed" cost to adapt the plan.
